  • YOUR SAFETY
    Safety is a top priority at our festival. In addition to providing a physically safe space, we also prioritize creating an accessible and welcoming environment for all attendees. We offer a designated safe space for those in need of mental health support, as well as the opportunity to take a break and find peace of mind at the Oracle space.
  • DRUG POLICY
    At Voodoo Village, the safety and well-being of our attendees are paramount. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy on drugs, including soft drugs. Possession or use of drugs will result in immediate removal. We kindly ask all attendees to respect this policy to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
  • SUSTAINABILITY ON THE FIELD
    Together with Ecofest we aim for a sustainable and waste-free festival. One of the ways we minimize our impact on the environment is by implementing eco-friendly measures such as planting trees, using reusable cups and biodegradable straws, and offering recycled plastic EPs and decomposable tableware. We also work to optimize transport and energy usage, and collaborate with subcontractors to do the same. These efforts help us reduce our carbon footprint and create a more sustainable festival. ​

    Voodoo Village will take place on Saturday September 7th and Sunday, September 8th, 2024. Two days of pure joy in a pleasure focused and safe environment. Let yourself guide by your own experience and see it unravel to its fullest form.
  • WHERE IS VOODOO VILLAGE LOCATED?
    We're looking forward to welcome you at our Village. The serene fields in combination with the mystical forest, located next to the castle of Humbeek, set the scene for our Voodoo Village 2024 edition. Location: Warandestraat 100 - 1851 Humbeek - BELGIUM
  • WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS?
    Saturday September 7th: 12h00 - 01h00 Sunday September 8th: 12h00 - 00h00
  • HOW DO I GET TO AND FROM THE FESTIVAL?
    To ensure your Voodoo Village experience goes smoothly from September 7th to 8th, we've collaborated with Keolis Shuttle service, offering City Shuttles from 31 locations in Belgium, including Brussels, Ghent, Antwerp, Hasselt, Liège and many more. You can secure your spot on city shuttles connecting Belgian cities, or Brussels shuttles here. All tickets are valid for both outward and return journeys. Just show your ticket on your mobile device to the bus driver upon boarding and hop on. Next to the shuttle service, we also offer the opportunity to get hassle-free to the festival and enjoy a 60min boat trip with dj performances, dancing and drinks. The boat leaves from Tour & Taxis and drops you off right in front of the festival. We can’t sail after midnight. That's why after the festival a bus will bring you back to Tour & Taxis (this is included in you boat ticket). The bus will leave from our bus parking, located at a 15min walk from the festival site. There are multiple boat shifts you can chose from. All shifts can be found in our ticketshop.
  • WHEN WILL THE PARKING TICKETS BE AVAILABLE?
    The release of parking tickets has been slightly delayed. We will keep you updated on the new release schedule shortly.
  • HOW CAN I BUY A TICKET?
    You can buy your ticket by simply clicking the "Tickets" button on the homepage of this website or by clicking here. Personalization All Voodoo Village 2024 tickets will have the ticket holder's name on them. You can personalize and put a name on your tickets till the day of the festival. Please be aware that you can't change the name anymore after personalization.
  • HOW CAN I UPGRADE OR CHANGE MY TICKET?
    Upgrade or change your ticket by simply clicking the “My Order” button in your original order confirmation email. Can’t find that email? No problem – just hit the "Find My Order" button here to regain access to the My Order area. Once you're there, find your "My Order" section on Paylogic. When you’re in your order, you'll see the tickets you bought. Click the three dots next to a ticket name to see the "change ticket" option. Click it, choose the tickets you want to change, and use the total value to buy different tickets. IMPORTANT: Remember, once you make the change, you can’t undo it, and you won’t get a refund for any unused credit.
  • HOW CAN I OBTAIN AN INVOICE FOR MY PURCHASE?
    Upon purchasing your tickets, you'll receive a confirmation email. This email will provide you with access to your 'My Order' section in Paylogic. From there, you can easily generate an invoice for your purchase by navigating to 'Order Details' and clicking the 'Generate Invoice' button.
  • WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A COMFORT TICKET AND A REGULAR TICKET?
    With your comfort ticket, you will receive some extras. A Comfort Ticket includes: Priority access at the festival entrance Access to the Comfort Village, located behind the Yard, with: A restaurant area A comfort bar A chill area Upgraded restroom facilities A dedicated locker area Access to the Yard Comfort Deck Please note: Food, drinks, and parking are not included. This year, you can only buy Comfort day tickets. If you're willing to buy a Comfort weekend ticket, you'll need to buy 2 separate Comfort day tickets (Comfort Saturday and Comfort Sunday ticket).   • WHAT'S THE ADVANTAGE OF AN INNER CIRCLE TICKET?
    Inner Circle tickets are a new addition to our festival this year. With an Inner Circle you'll get: Priority access at the festival entrance Access to: The Forest Backstage The Yard Backstage The Shelter Backstage The Yard Comfort Deck The Comfort Village behind the Yard with: A restaurant area A comfort bar A chill area Upgraded restroom facilities A dedicated locker area Please note: Food, drinks, and parking are not included. This year, you can only buy Inner Circle day tickets. If you're willing to buy an Inner Circle weekend ticket, you'll need to buy 2 separate Inner Circle day tickets (Inner Circle Saturday and Inner Circle Sunday ticket).
  • WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT TICKET FLOWS?
    Tickets will be released in different flows (waves). The sooner you buy your tickets, the lower the price!
  • I LOST MY TICKET. WHERE CAN I FIND IT?
    If you can't find your tickets or confirmation email, we direct you to the website of our ticket provider, Paylogic. Via this link: https://account.paylogic.com/i-lost-my-tickets you can access you order again. Please make sure to use the same email address as used when creating the order.
  • I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND THE EVENT, CAN I RESELL MY TICKET?
    You can sell your tickets without a worry via www.ticketswap.be. We have an agreement with TicketSwap and can guarantee you a safe and fair resale.
  • WHAT IF THE EVENT I WANT TO ATTEND IS SOLD OUT?
    Thanks to our partnership with TicketSwap you can buy and sell your tickets in a safe, easy and fair way. TicketSwap is our official resale partner and the only place where you can buy tickets when the event is sold out.
  • WHEN WILL THE LINE UP 2024 BE RELEASED?
    We expect to release the full lineup by the first week of June 2024.
  • WHAT ARE THE ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS?
    While we don't have a camping site on the festival grounds, we're excited to provide convenient alternatives. Stay tuned for our upcoming hotel packages, offering comprehensive amenities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Booking details for these packages will be available soon. In the meantime, you can send an email to info@voodoovillage.be to stay informed.
  • IS VOODOO VILLAGE FOR YOUNG AND OLD?
    Voodoo Village is an 18+ event. People born in 2006 will be granted entrance even if they turn 18 after the festival. Anyone who turns 18 in 2024 will be allowed in. This is a strict policy and anyone born in 2007 or later, even if accompanied by an adult, will not be allowed to enter. ID’s will be checked without exception, so don’t forget to bring your driver’s license, ID card or passport.
  • ENTRANCE
    IN=IN OUT=OUT Our policy is IN=IN OUT=OUT, so do not leave the festival grounds unless you're sure you want to go home!
  • IS THE FESTIVAL ACCESSIBLE FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITY?
    The festival has several paved paths that are wheelchair-friendly. The ground of most of the stages is paved. However, one must be careful when it rains. The ground can get soggy making some stages difficult to access. Please email info@voodoovillage.be so we can make sure you receive a special pass that gives you access to the festival backstage with hardened pathways. We will also provide an attendant to take you to each stage. Are you someone with a disability and still looking for someone to go to Voodoo Village with you? Then post your add on www.circuitsortie.be and hopefully find a nice festival buddy soon. There is a parking provided close to the festival. Please contact us in advance so we can inform you about the location of the parking. Accessible restrooms are available for the disabled and are clearly marked.   • CAN I HAND OUT FLYERS FOR MY OWN EVENT AT THE FESTIVAL?
    No it's not allowed to hand out flyers because we want to take our ecological responsibility seriously.
  • DRUG POLICY
    We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding drugs (including soft drugs) at our event. Bringing or using drugs in public at the event will lead to immediate removal. We kindly ask you to respect these regulations.
  • WELLBEING POLICY
    GENERAL INFO We acknowledge the presence of illegal substances at festivals, despite the potential risks and consequences that may be associated with them. While we actively discourage their utilization at Voodoo Village, our intention is not to pass judgement, but to extend assistance in case something goes wrong. Therefore, it is our duty to ensure a safe environment for all attendees throughout the entire weekend. THINK BEFORE YOU ACT This year, we come together once again to unite our souls. As we embark on this journey, we want you to know that your health and wellbeing remain our utmost priority. Should you decide to use illegal substances during Voodoo Village, we kindly ask you to keep the following guidelines in mind: - Prioritize your physical and mental well-being by ensuring you are adequately rested and feeling positive. Additionally, ensure you are in the company of friends or family who can provide care and support. - Don’t use any substance with which you are unfamiliar. Always take the time to research its effects and potential side effects before use. - Plan and stick to a predetermined dosage. Consider your body weight and tolerance levels when determining your intake. - Be careful combining different substances—this applies to alcohol and all other substances alike. - Remember not to exhaust your body or mind during the festival. We provide multiple chill out zones, as well as the Oracle: a relaxing and holistic experience in the heart of our Village. - Acknowledge that driving under the influence of alcohol and/or other drugs is unacceptable. Please, for the sake of everyone’s safety, just don’t. If you’re planning on drinking or using any kind of substance, you can use our shuttle buses or public transport to get home safe. - Stay hydrated, but don’t drink too much water to avoid water intoxication. - A booth operated by Safe‘n Sound will be present at the festival, offering information regarding drug use. To inform yourself beforehand, please go to their website www.safensound.be. Grab a condom here for free. Don’t be shy, better safe than sorry! But please remember: ASK FOR CONSENT. IMPORTANT HEALTH NOTE The use of substances, whether it is alcohol or other drugs is always risky, but it is especially risky if you have diabetes, a heart defect, liver and kidney problems, high or low blood pressure, asthma, epilepsy, depression and mental health disorders, or if you are pregnant or fear you are pregnant. NOT FEELING WELL? There is always a chance that you or your friend won't feel well, despite our discouragement of using substances and our faith in you using them in a smart and responsible way. In case this happens, please go to the Safe’ n Sound stand, or straight to the First Aid stand. They are experienced and trained to help you. Did you use any substance? Be honest about it. This way they can help you the best way possible. Due to their professional discretion, all personal information is protected with them and won't be disclosed to any other authority. PROTECT YOUR EARS Despite our efforts to limit the decibel levels, it's imperative to keep your ears in mind. Our partner, BLOX, will be present on the festival grounds with its Earplugs boutique. Here you'll find reusable earplugs featuring a specially designed acoustic filter, to enjoy authentic sound while protecting your hearing. You can vist their website here: https://bloxearplugs.com/nl/. Foam earplugs will also be available free of charge at the Safe’n Sound booth. We're counting on you to throw them in the garbage can after use, not on the floor. RULES & LEGAL PROCEDURES Possession of illegal drugs is prohibited. We work together with the police, who will be present at the festival to take the necessary steps when using openly.

    There will be lockers available at the festival site. You can book your locker a few months in advance. We will share the link here once this service is available.
