As customary, we had the pleasure of hosting some renowned chefs at our restaurant this year.
Several hundred guests, who had secured their reservations in advance, were treated to a sumptuous sharing menu crafted by none other than Mallory Gabsi and Paul Delrez. Gabsi, a 26-year-old born in Ixelles, earned a Michelin star earlier this year for his Parisian restaurant, Mallory Gabsi, conveniently located near the Arc de Triomphe. Collaborating with the culinary prodigy Paul Delrez, also hailing from Brussels, they curated a mouthwatering sharing menu that graced our restaurant.
